All members are to submit a self-compiled list of their contributions to VSMedia. This list must span from the first year you joined the CCA to the current year (2006). Please include all positions that you hold or held (secretary, graphic designer etc.) and in which publications you were involved in. Also include contributions you have made to the magazines/yearbook, such as any articles that you may have submitted. For photographers, it is alright if you cannot recall every event that you have covered, although please try to include as many as possible. Please remember to be specific, and organise the contributions according to year.

As this would affect your CCA points, please place this as your highest priority. All co-operation is greatly appreciated. Send your completed list to Mark Thompson (4E) at noonshiver@gmail.com, latest by this Fri, 24/3/06.

All VSMedia members are to be reminded that there will be a compulsory meeting next Thursday (26/1/06). Please be punctual.

In a recent CCA Leaders Meeting with Mr. Adrian Lim and Mr Maran, they have decided ,amongst many things, that all CCAs would have to design a flag that would represent the CCA. This is done to build a stronger bond among the members of the CCA, and to the school. Therefore, it is recommended that all of you are to design and submit at least 1 flag that represents our club clearly. My email is noonshiver@gmail.com, feel free to send your designs here. The best one would then be used, all designs to be in by the end of this holiday (31/12/05).
