Summary
More than 20 people came in to the room today and a handful were interested. The photo wall was a huge success and the parents marvelled at the works of the photographers. The main questions were about the usage of cameras and the time slot, but the two questions I found most difficult to respond to were:
1) How many members are there in the CCA? We have about 25, but about 10 come each week. What can I say?
2) What achievements do you have? Aside from the photo from Montage: Magic of Light, and the award by Syiha, I couldn't think of any others to boast about. What can be done?
I don't know if efforts would be recognised for this CCA Day, but I think Yee Jek, Mark, Sean & Xian Jun deserve real credit for this. Others participated too. Maybe it's time that these peopl get invited to write posts here.
Yee Jek has a restructuring plan laid out and would be released and announced soon, probably before the first meeting with the new members, if there are any.

CCA Day Plan
Time: 7.30am
Venue: School Canteen
Attire: According to Yee Jek, PE Attire with long pants
CCA Day 30th December 2004
Plan 1:
A PowerPoint Slideshow on the aims of the CCA, the activities held, the frequency of meetings, the links with seminars outside the school, competitions etc.
Things needed:
I. Projector
II. Computer Notebook
III. PowerPoint Presentation
Plan 2:
Many photos are to be hanged from the ceiling at a viewable height. These photos should be good photos taken both inside and outside of school.
Things needed:
I. Black Cardboard
II. Good Photos
III. String To Tie Photos
IV. Hole Punch
Plan 3:
There will be a display of cameras, tripods and other camera equipment. They can try out the DSLR camera on the spot. There will also be publications of the school magazine to show what the CCA would be doing in future.
Things needed:
I. Cameras And Equipment
II. School Publications
Plan 4:
Advertising media outside the classroom is being considered.

30th December CCA Day
30th December is CCA day where every CCA shows their good side. Two years ago, we had posters based on "The Matrix Trilogy" theme. Last year, we had a laptop photo slideshow and a big advertisement board. What do you want this year? Please feel free to post suggestions and comments here.
